Amy's fourth grade class completed country reports the last few weeks.
Amy chose Italy and spent many hours gathering information.
She participated in a musical program on Wednesday,
a exhibit day on Thursday, where we got to see everyone's projects displayed.
And last but not least a buffet day today, where food from all the countries was showcased.
I made double chocolate biscotti, I think it turned out really good.
Needless to say I am so glad it is all over.
Look out summer here we come!!!!!!!!!!
